Mimaru Tokyo Ueno North Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were perfect for families, with bunk beds and a sitting area. Despite not being huge, they offered great value for money by Tokyo standards. The location was convenient, being close to Ueno station and within walking distance of Ueno Gardens and the National Museum. The hotel staff were helpful and spoke English well, promptly answering any questions we had before our arrival. The room itself was like a residence, with a little kitchen, decent-sized fridge, and table for four. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities were well-maintained. the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to Ueno station and allows easy access to different parts of Tokyo. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and a separate toilet from the bathroom. The kitchen was well-stocked and there were eateries and restaurants nearby for convenience.

It would have been better if there were more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels and clothes.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Ueno station, easy for me to explore Tokyo. The staff were courteous and accommodating. And the best part? The lobby sold beautiful Japanese designer keepsakes. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at the front desk were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, a huge plus. The beds and bunk beds were nicely designed and comfortable. The location was also very convenient, with Ueno JR and Ueno Keisei stations just a short walk away. It made it easy to explore the city and also get to and from the airport.

That the air conditioner in the room couldn't be adjusted and was stuck at 26 degrees Celsius, blowing warm air directly onto the beds. It made for an uncomfortable sleep.
